Bill Killmer

Bill Killmer graduated from Ohio State University with a BS in Landscape Architecture. He developed his landscape design, horticulture and contracting skills with firms in Oklahoma City, Dallas, Texas and Atlanta prior to founding Lifescapes.

Bill has the unique vision and ability to develop concepts and solutions for a wide range of projects ranging from master planned communities to hotels and resorts, office parks, commercial businesses, schools and churches and retail establishments. Working in concert with his customers and professional teammates, Bill not only communicates big picture ideas, but with his experience in design/build, he also has the practical knowledge of construction and project management to recommend the most creative, value conscious approach to meet his customers’ goals and requirements.

A life-long outdoorsman, Bill has a passion for creating places for people, preserving the environment and being a good steward of the land. He loves building relationships and great design. He has an experienced eye for real estate and a deep appreciation for managing and improving land values, as an investor, property owner and as a design consultant. It is this passion that motivated Bill to return to the landscape industry and form Millstone Partners, LLC.
